Today we breed 13 seed varieties, grow more than 50 hybrids, and carry out some selective works.

The main advantage of our products is that we grow seed potatoes in a mountainous area of Kabardino-Balkaria at an altitude of 1500-2000 meters above sea level. This environment makes it possible to get clean seed material that is not contaminated with diseases in contrast to seed material from the flatlands and the foothills. There is no warning of thermal innately occurs.

Since 2018 “Zolskiy kartofel” has been a participant in a comprehensive scientific and technological program. In cooperation with the scientific partners, our company has been developing 4 new varieties of potatoes using the latest methods of potato cultivation.

From 2019 we actively participate in federal and international exhibitions, and expand into foreign markets.

From 2023 we are planning to produce 5,000 tons of premium class seed potatoes developed by domestic breeders.

Since 2019 through the interaction at the international events our company has reached agreements to supply potatoes to Azerbaijan in the amount of 750 tons annually and Iran – up to 3,000 tons per year.
